How to switch
IPTV player.

Your playlist belongs to your provider account, not to the app. Moving is copy and paste.

01 — Steps

Do this.

  1. Find your login: an Xtream server, username and password, or an M3U link. It’s usually in your provider’s welcome email.
  2. Install Hectic TV from the App Store.
  3. Add it: Xtream or M3U.
  4. Add the guide address if the old app had one.

If it doesn’t work.

    Lost the details?

    Ask your provider to resend them. Players can’t show you another app’s saved password.

    Too many devices

    Close the old app first; providers often allow one stream per login.

    Will favourites move across?

    No player can import another’s favourites. Hectic TV Pro syncs yours across Apple devices from then on.

  2. 02

    Does Hectic TV include channels?

    No. It’s a player only. Add playlists you have the right to watch.
